The transformation of European manufacturing is not only driven by new technologies — it is also shaped by the people who design, adopt and operate them. With this in mind, R3GROUP is joining a new webinar series launched by a group of EU-funded projects: “Future-Ready Manufacturing Starts with People – Upskilling, Collaboration and Fast Reconfiguration for Europe’s Industry.”

The initiative, led by the RaRe2 project together with its partner Syxis, creates an open space for exchange and discussion among European research projects working on innovative solutions for the future of manufacturing. Through these sessions, participants will share experiences, compare approaches and identify common challenges to support the real-world adoption of advanced industrial solutions.

People as key enablers of industrial transformation
At the heart of the series is the idea that people are the key enablers of industrial transformation. As manufacturing processes become more digital, flexible and sustainability-driven, professionals need new skills, new ways of collaborating and a renewed mindset to fully leverage emerging technologies.

The webinars will explore how projects are supporting workforce development, promoting learning and fostering a culture of collaboration — and how EU research results can be translated into practical approaches for companies across Europe.

Session #1 – 31 March 2026 | 11:00 AM CET
